Today is Perfect Family Day
What makes a family perfect you ask? A perfect family is
simply a family that cares about each other and I certainly think that we all fit that boat so enjoy, pop out for dinner or stay in for a movie night and spend some quality time with your sweet angels. Always remember that YOUR family, whether big or small, one parent or two, is a PERFECT family as long as you love care for each other!

Well my friends, this week I was successful in losing .8 lbs. Not quite sure why my body decided to stop short of that full pound, but hey…I’ll take it! That means to date I have lost 8.8… not bad if I do say so myself!
